Sister Mary Margaret Peg Albert speaks at a news conference yesterday in Adrian after being named the 10th president of Siena Heights University , a school sponsored by the Adrian Dominican community. Sister Peg, as she is called, is the fi rst Adrian Dominican sister named president in 37 years. She s been executive vice president of Barry University in Miami Shores, Fla., since 1994 and a Siena Heights board member since 2002. She was chief administrator of the Barry University law school. Sister Peg, who has a doctorate in social work, will succeed Richard Artman as Siena Heights president July 1. Her appointment was approved by Siena Heights trustees and the Adrian Dominican congregation.
