HARMONY TOUR RUNNERS STOP IN AREA

Participants in the World Harmony Run talk about peace and understanding with

youngsters attending a summer day camp at Maumee Valley Country Day School and show them on a map where each runner is from. The World Harmony Run tour also stopped yesterday at the Toledo Boys and Girls Club on North Detroit Avenue, and participants spent the night in Perrysburg. The tour is a relay that will travel 11,000 miles across the United States stressing the themes of international harmony and multicultural understanding. Similar relays are being conducted in 100 nations worldwide.
