Two area residents won two free semesters of tuition at Owens Community College through a contest sponsored by the college and three Clear Channel radio stations.
Felicia Erivin, 17, of Bowling Green won the raffle at the Toledo-area campus, while Cora Snare, 20, of McComb won the raffle at the Findlay campus. Runners-up, who will receive one semester of free tuition, were Donna Myers, 47, of Walbridge and Monica Schalk, 20, of New Riegel.
About 1,300 people qualified to attend the finals of the contest at the two campuses. Winners had to be present to win.
