Perrysburg school board approves 16 overnight trips for groups

The Perrysburg Schools Board of Education recently approved 16 overnight trips for the 2013-14 school year. Six of the trips are with the speech teams, which will travel to several high schools statewide from December to March. They will go to the Nationals if they performed well enough in Kansas City.

The drama club and vocal music groups are planning for a week trip next June to New York City to tour it and see Broadway shows. The only other overnight trip outside of Ohio is the band, which is going to Chicago for a long weekend in March for the World Strides Heritage Festival.
