Trudy Mohre is the new director of admissions and Linda Sandel Pettit the new dean of the graduate college at Siena Heights University.
Ms. Mohre has more than 30 years’ experience in the field of student recruitment and enrollment management and has held admissions posts at McMurray University, Howard Payne University, and Southwestern University, all in Texas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Olivet College.
Ms. Pettit, a licensed psychologist, most recently was assistant professor of counselor education and program director for the graduate counseling program at SHU. In her role as dean, her responsibilities will include exploring opportunities for expansion of SHU’s graduate offerings. Before joining SHU in 2011, she was a counselor, life coach, and speaker. She has a doctorate in counseling psychology from West Virginia University, a master’s degree in counselor education from SHU, and a bachlor's degree in journalism from Michigan State.
