Woodmore school board changes time, place of meetings
9/16/2013The Woodmore Board of Education has changed the time and location of its board meeting Tuesday to 6 p.m. in the Woodmore Elementary School conference room. The meeting will be followed at 6:30 by a State of the Schools public forum in the elementary auditorium, then at 7 p.m. by an informational meeting on the ALICE program for school safety.
The district also is seeking student volunteers to try out a free practice demonstration of the ACT and SAT examinations. If there is enough interest, the Academic Boosters will buy the preparatory test program for a year. The demonstration tests can be found at methodtestprep.com. The user name is woodmorestudent.
