Dr. Goeke, class of 1990, is an orthopedic surgeon in private practice in Niceville, Fla. He graduated from the Air Force Academy and served in Iraq, Qatar, Afghanistan, and South Korea. He earned his medical degree at Tulane University school of medicine.

Mr. Mahoney, class of 1971, graduated from Dartmouth College and earned a master’s degree in management from the Kellogg graduate school of management at Northwestern University. He earned a PhD in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. He has worked as a certified public accountant and financial consultant and is an associate professor at Providence College, where he teaches ancient philosophy and business ethics.

Both men will be recognized at the home football game that night against Lake High School.
