Expert plans anti-bullying talk in Monroe County

“What Parents Can Do To Reduce Student Cruelty and Enhance Caring and Kindness” will be offered by the the Monroe County Anti-Bullying Task Force from 7 to 8:30 p.m. next Monday at the Monroe County Intermediate School District, 1101 S. Raisinville Rd. Patricia McEvoy, an expert in bullying prevention, will be the keynote speaker.
