‘Remember the Titans’ inspiration to speak

FINDLAY — Herman Boon, the real-life high school football coach from Virginia who inspired the movie Remember the Titans will speak at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Winebrenner Theological Seminary, a Black History Month event co-hosted by the University of Findlay’s Office of Intercultural Services, Department of Athletics, and Student Affairs.

The movie will be shown on campus at 8 p.m. Tuesday in Alumni Memorial Union.

Admission to both events is $1. UF students are admitted free with a student ID.
