Romules Durant, superintendent of Toledo Public Schools, is dressed as ‘The Cool Cat in the Hat’ as he reads to a class of kindergartners at Grove Patterson Academy. TPS celebrated ‘Dr. Seuss is TPS Proud Day’ on Friday as a way to mark a week’s worth of celebrations across the district in honor of the beloved Theodor Seuss Geisel, who wrote under the name Dr. Seuss.
