Rossford kindergarten screening on May 12-13

Screening and registration for kindergartners will be May 12-13 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Bulldog Center, 719 Dixie Hwy. To enroll, children must be 5 by Aug. 1.

Parents will need to bring their child’s original birth certificate and proof of residency, which can be a driver’s license with local address, recent utility bill with local address, or a purchase, lease agreement, or building permit no more than 30 days old. Immunization records completed by a physician’s office also must be provided. Appointments can be scheduled through March 28 by calling 419-662-3051.
