Monroe schools upgrade counseling
6/16/2014The Monroe school district plans significant improvements in its counseling services.
When school opens in the fall, each elementary building will have a staffer with a social work background working 25 hours per week. The middle and high schools will have traditional counselors and staff with the same background. At the high school, there will be a lead counselor directing the counseling and social work.
