Rossford to hold free teaching session

Rossford schools will hold a free session for people interested in learning more about substitute teaching in the district.

It is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 19 in Bulldog Hall, 719 Dixie Hwy.

Check-in begins at 8:45 a.m. Parking is in the lot behind Bulldog Center. Entrance is through the rear door.

Reservations must be made by Friday with Lisa Spotts at 419-666-2010.

The session is intended for people without teaching experience, substitute teachers in other districts, and current Rossford substitute teachers who may want to attend.

Information will be given on the characteristics of the district’s school buildings and classroom management strategies. Questions will be welcome.
