Description: Event: THE BLADE “Red White KaBOOM”
Date: July 4, 2012, noon to 11:00 pm
Location: Promenade Park, N. Summit Street, between Water Street & Madison Ave., Downtown Toledo, Ohio
Red White KaBOOM! will once again be held at Promenade Park in downtown Toledo, providing a fun, family-friendly Independence Day Celebration. Admission is Free, and over 90,000 people are expected to come down to enjoy the event and fireworks.
Before the fireworks, which are expected to go off around 10:00 pm, there will be music by local bands (Country-Rock-New Alternative-Motown) and the U.S. Army Jazz Ambassadors Band.
Food and beverages, including beer, will be available from local restaurants and food vendors. (You must be 21 to purchase alcohol, and have a valid ID with you.)
Bring your folding chairs or blanket and prepare to spend the day in the Park!
Please note: No animals, except service animals will be allowed into the event. No outside food, beverages, or fireworks may be brought into the park. Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
