This elegant event will feature a served dinner, music by Swingmania, emcee Dave Holmes from 13ABC, silent auction, and many fun activities.

“We are excited to present our fourth annual Spring Gala, which is a great opportunity to have an enjoyable evening raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research,” said Beth Wong, organizer of the event.

Alzheimer’s disease affects over 5 million Americans, including an estimated 38,000 in Northwest Ohio. The Alzheimer’s Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter offers information and support for those families through their 24/7 Helpline, 1-800-272-3900, Adult Day Centers, educational programs, caregiver support groups, and more.

Guests are encouraged to dress for the 1920’s time period, and winners will be chosen for the “best dressed”. Black tie optional.

“Last year, we had a sold-out crowd of 300 guests, so we encourage our supporters to reserve their seats and tables early,” noted Wong. Individual seats are $100 per person, tables of eight are $650, and tables of ten are $800. Reservations can be made by calling the Alzheimer’s Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter at 419-537-1999 or online at http://act.alz.org/gatsbygala. Please kindly reserve by March 7.

The Alzheimer’s Association, Northwest Ohio also seeks corporate sponsors and silent auction donors.
