8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder or granules
Using a mixer, combine all ingredients together well. Shape into a ball and refrigerate. Before serving, if desired, circle the bottom with cherry tomatoes and chopped green onions or garnish the top with olives.
Yields: 8 to 10 servings
