  • Old West End mansion for sale

    The Old West End's Tillinghast-Willys House is on the market for $299,900. Construction on the home began in 1901, though was not completed for a number of years. The home retains much of its original woodwork and tile and features an array of architectural styles, including an English Tudor exterior with elements of gothic revival. In the past century it has largely served as a single family home on multiple occasions, though its history includes a stint under the ownership of the Catholic Church.     Volunteers clean area waterways

    Lourdes University took part in the 18th annual Clean Your Streams initiative held Saturday, September 20, 2014. In total, 1,107 volunteers cleaned approximately 35 miles of local waterways. For their efforts, Lourdes volunteers took first place award for Collegiate Most Volunteers; a first place award for Collegiate Battle of the Bags; and a third place award for Collegiate Awesome Effort.
