Liberty-Benton's Butler gets 35

FINDLAY - Senior center Katie Butler supplied 35 points and 11 rebounds as Liberty-Benton advance to 3-1 with a 57-43 girls basketball victory over Bowling Green.

Katie Baldridge added nine for Liberty-Benton.

Liz Chibucos was the high scorer for Bowling Green (1-4) with 12 points, and Rachel Mellon added 10.

OAK HARBOR 67, ROSSFORD 33

OAK HARBOR - Megan Bodnar scored 15 points, Abbie Vasill and Mandy Quisno each had 10, and unbeaten Oak Harbor outrebounded Rossford 47-27.

Courtney Simmons led Rossford with 13 points.

LIBERTY CENTER 43, HILLTOP 31

WEST UNITY - Katie McClure scored 14 points to pace Liberty Center (3-2).

Taysha Short had 12 and Amanda Schaffner 11 for Hilltop.

BRYAN 50, TINORA 45

DEFIANCE - Sara Fee scored 21 points, Jamie Dennis added 13 and Bryan (4-1) hit 19 of 23 foul shots.

Jessi Lymanstall led Tinora with 20 points.

EDON 46, MONTPELIER 27

EDON - Edon jumped to a 14-4 first-quarter lead and maintained control.

Krystal Kaiser and Kendall Bowling each scored nine for 4-2 Edon.

Danielle Finch led Montpelier (1-3) with 10.

DANBURY 56, OLD FORT 45

LAKESIDE - Kim Zura scored 15 points and Char Turinsky and Sarah Beasely added 13 and 12 points, respectively, for the 2-1 Lakers.

Whitney Magers and Jenny Kline each had eight for Old Fort (1-1).
