Ottawa Hills defeats Stritch at the foul line

Ottawa Hills made 14 free throws in the final quarter, including 10 of its last 11, to take a 48-47 girls win over Cardinal Stritch.

Katherine and Megan Jamieson scored 18 and 16 points, respectively for the Green Bears (3-0, 2-0). Katie Bochi and Katie Gullett scored 13 and 11 points for the Cardinals (2-3, 0-2).

TOLEDO CHRISTIAN 67, MAUMEE VALLEY 35

Joanna Beauch scored 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as Toledo Christian cruised to a 32-point victory.

Emily Cellier and Kara Segler added 15 and 13 points a piece for the Eagles (3-3, 2-0).

Maumee Valley (2-1) was led by Alexis Holman s 20 points.

HICKSVILLE 54, MONTPELIER 49

MONTPELIER Hicksville outlasted Montpelier in a fourth quarter that saw 39 combined points scored.

Kendra Katschke led Hicksville (4-2) with 17 points. Jasmine Stevenson and Lauren Jones added 14 and 12 points, respectively.

Tabby Davis led Montpelier (1-5) with 18 points.

GENOA 58, LAKOTA 54

GENOA Genoa overcame a seven-point deficit entering the fourth quarter by outscoring the Raiders 20-9 to remain unbeaten.

Brittany Darling led all scorers with 19 points and Comet teammate Simone Eli added 17. Lakota (1-5) was led by Morgan Podach (14 points), Cara Lentz (13 points) and Alison Park (13 points).

OTSEGO 70, LAKE 49

TONTOGANY Alysha Greulich scored 17 points as Otsego defeated Lake. Baley Bernthisel added 11 points and Katie Schutzberg 10 points for the Knights. Christy Henneman scored 17 points for Lake.

NORTHWOOD 61, EMMANUEL CHRISTIAN 46

Northwood ended the first quarter up 19-4 and never allowed Emmanuel Baptist to get back in it.

Marissa Reighard led all scorers with 23 points and Northwood (4-3) teammate Maddie Clark added 13.

Emmanuel Christian was led by Maddison Fillmore (14 points) and Nicole Mundy (12 points).

PATRICK HENRY 48, SWANTON 43

SWANTON Patrick Henry s Kyle Brubaker made 4 of 6 free throws in the final minute to close the game.

Brubaker finished with 11 points and the Tietje brothers, Kevin and Kyle, added 15 and 12 points, respectively.

Swanton was led by Brad Betz s 20 points.

FAYETTE 47, HILLTOP 36

FAYETTE Tyler Downing scored 11 points and James Henry added 10 points as Fayette defeated Hilltop. Chad Beals scored a game high 17 points for Hilltop.

DELTA 61, LIBERTY CENTER 54

DELTA Dusty Chase scored 16 points to lead Delta past Liberty Center. Dustin Cass added 13 points and Marcus Vicars 10 points for the Panthers. Evan Tiplady scored 14 points to lead Liberty Center. Danny Irving added 12 points and Jordan Burdue 11 points for the Tigers.

NORTH BALTIMORE 55, FREMONT ST. JOE 35

NORTH BALTIMORE North Baltimore outscored St. Joe 19-4 in the third quarter to break open a three-point halftime lead.

Luke Wyner scored 16 points and Nick Brossia added 14 for the Tigers (3-1, 1-1).

St. Joe falls to 0-4 (0-2).

LIMA SENIOR 59, FREMONT ROSS 54

FREMONT Fremont Ross over came a double-digit deficit to defeat Lima Senior. Antoine Hutchins scored 21 points, and Robert Thompson added 11 points for the Little Giants. Cory Clayton scored 23 points, and Ryan Croudup added 10 points for Lima Senior.

FINDLAY 54, MARION HARDING 42

MARION Findlay used a big fourth quarter, outscoring Marion Harding 17-7 in the frame.

Jesse Wohl led everyone with 19 points, and Findlay (4-0, 2-0) teammates Luke Kraus and Mac Cloud scored 10 points a piece.

PETTISVILLE 75, STRYKER 63

STRYKER Alex Nafziger scored 29 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as Pettisville improved to 4-0. Logan Frey added 15 points for the Blackbirds.

WAUSEON 71, BRYAN 58

BRYAN Richard Russell scored 24 points and Chris Villalovos added 17 for Wauseon.

Casey Elson and Elliott Mealer added 12 and 10 points for the Indians (3-1, 1-0).

Bubba Opdycke led Bryan (1-4, 0-1) with 13 points.

CLYDE Clyde s Justin Cook made a 3-pointer with five seconds remaining in regulation to send the game to overtime, but the Redskins ultimately prevailed.

Port Clinton (3-1, 2-0) was led by Jason Cellier (19 points), Sean Elswick (16 points) and Joey Malfara (14 points.

Alex Gillett led Clyde (3-2, 1-1) with 22 points, and Logan Tea added 16.
