Maumee Valley s Holman tops 1,000

Alexis Holman scored 32 points and topped the 1,000-point mark for her career as Maumee Valley rolled to a 64-46 victory at Emmanuel Christian last night in girls basketball.

Holman has 1,022 points in her career.

Hannah Spangler added 10 points for the Hawks (3-3, 1-2 Toledo Area Athletic Conference).

Emily Loomis led Emmanuel Christian (2-6, 0-4) with 15.Nicole Mundy added 10.

OTTAWA HILLS 61, TOLEDO CHRISTIAN 50

Megan Jamieson led Ottawa Hills (5-0, 4-0 TAAC) with 16 points.

Libby Overley added 11 and Jessie Figy 10.

Emily Cellier topped the visiting Eagles (3-4, 2-1) with 19. Joanna Beauch had 12.

LAKESIDE Megan Twarek scored 12 and Christine Longer 10 for Danbury (4-3, 2-2 TAAC).

Nicole Lamb led Cardinal Stritch (5-3, 2-1) with 11.
