Radcliff sparks Fairview

SHERWOOD Fairview quarterback Ryan Radcliff picked up right where he left off, throwing for 348 yards and six touchdowns to lead the Eagles to a 41-7 rout of Wauseon last night.

Fairview opened up a 20-0 lead at the half as Radcliff threw touchdown strikes of 40, 12 and 44 yards. Radcliff then tossed TDs of 3, 37 and 2 yards in the second half before the Indians finally got on the board with six minutes left.

Radcliff also led the Eagles with 52 yards on the ground. He connected on 22 of 32 attempts.

John Elchinger caught three touchdown passes and finished with a team-high 89 yards. Zeke Keesbury was on the receiving end of two scores and caught four passes for 64 yards. Ben Wonderly led Fairview with eight catches and finished with 74 receiving yards.

Wauseon finished with 280 yards, including 178 on the ground. Mitch Huner rushed for 76 yards and Colin Hughes finished with 67.

Huner also caught five passes for 76 yards. Wauseon quarterback Derek Schrock was 7 of 19 for 102 yards. Schrock connected with Huner on a 9-yard strike for the Indians only score.

HAMLER Patrick Henry scored the only points of the second half 20 in the third quarter.

Gary Cole gained 102 yards on 13 carries and scored three touchdowns.

Tom Busch hit 13 of 21 passes for 248 yards and three TDs. The Patriots ran for 210 yards.

Nathan Schroeder led Leipsic with 201 passing yards by hitting 16-of-26 with three touchdowns.

BRYAN Caleb Armbruster scored on a 59-yard run in the third quarter and Andy Park scored from 20 yards in the fourth to give Bryan a victory.

Armbruster gained 127 yards on 13 carries and hit 5 of 12 passes for another 56 yards.

DEFIANCE Liberty Center s Patrick Brown was 9 of 16 for 113 yards, inccluding a 21-yard touchdown to Danny Irving.

Chad McClory added 65 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries for the Tigers.

Tinora s Landon Drewes was 17 of 32 for 241 yards and a touchdown to Layne Schroeder, who had 72 yards receiving.

AYERSVILLE Gene Goering gained 65 yards on just six carries and scored on runs of 21, 2 and 27 yards to pace Archhbold, which scored 21 points in the fourth quarter.

Ian Redd hit David Rupp on a 53-yard scoring strike for the Streaks first score.
