Bedford advances to Div. 1 semifinals

CARLETON, Mich -- The Bedford High School baseball team pounded out 18 hits en route to a 13-4 victory over University of Detroit Jesuit in a game played Tuesday.

The Kicking Mules (38-2) advance to the State Division 1 semfinal on Friday in Battle Creek. Mules pitcher Dan Przeniczny was credited with the victory.
