Lake, L-B girls remain unbeaten

MILLBURY - Kaysie Brittenham and Jessica Abbey each scored 18 points for unbeaten Lake in a 61-24 Suburban Lakes League girls basketball victory last night over Elmwood.

The Flyers improved to 12-0 overall, 7-0 SLL.

Lindsey Heller topped Elmwood (2-10, 1-5) with nine points.

FINDLAY - The Eagles (12-0, 5-0 BVC) rolled past Leipsic behind 20 points from Caite Craft and 17 from Amanda Hyde.

The Vikings (4-8, 0-5) were led by Shari Manges with 12 points.

The visitors from Michigan moved to 10-0 behind 13 points from Jasmine Bracey.

Rogers (3-10) got eight points and 16 rebounds from Kabria Walker.

PEMBERVILLE - The Comets (11-2, 6-1 SLL) were led by Julie Swartzmiller and Alyssa Meis with 14 points apiece.

Ashley Seifert topped the Eagles (3-9, 2-5) with 12 points.

Katherine Jamieson fired in 23 points and Lauren Abendroth added 17 for the Green Bears (12-1, 7-0 TAAC).

Becca Bisbee paced the Rangers (4-9, 2-5) with nine.

LAKESIDE - Heather Bahnsen scored 17 points and Christine Longer added 14 for the Lakers (7-6, 4-3 TAAC).

The Warriors (2-10, 0-6) were led by Lexie Weaver's 19 points.

Kristen Bigelow tallied 13 points and Genevieve Danes added six to lift the Hawks (3-8).

Kayla Nixon and Ashley Dibert had six each for Monclova Christian (4-6).

DELTA - Kathleen Przelawski tallied 20 points to lead Delta.

Kaitlynn Schmitt paced the Locomotives with 19.

Toledo Christian 50, CARDINAL Stritch 28

Abbey Fox scored 14, Kara Segler 13 and Bethany Critchley12 for the Eagles (9-5, 6-1 TAAC).

Melissa Zaborski paced the Cardinals (4-8, 4-3) with nine.

TONTOGANY - Ashley Holzwart led Otsego (10-4, 4-2 SLL) with 15 points. Jamie Limes added 14 and Baley Bernthisel 13.

Tiffany Davenport paced the Wildcats (8-6, 3-4) with 11. Meghan Haar had 10.

ARCHBOLD - The Blue Streaks (13-1, 6-0 NWOAL) were led by 12 points from Alyssa Schaub and 11 from Andrea Allan.

The Bulldogs (3-10, 1-4) were paced by Kendra Eitniear's six points.

FAYETTE - Madison Muehfeld led the Bombers (6-7, 4-2 BBC) with 15 points.

Fayette (3-9, 2-4) was led by Katelyn Downing's 12 points in defeat.

BRYAN - Miranda Kitchen and Bronwen Phillips paced the Golden Bears with 17 and 11 points, respectively.

Tiffany Ehlers led the Patriots with 15 points. Jenna Badenhop added 10.

PIONEER - Erica King poured in 32 points for the Blackbirds. She now has 1,019 career points.

Tanner Hostetler added 10 points for Pettisville.

Brayln Henry had 17 points for North Central.

WAUSEON - Chloe Stiriz tallied 13 points and Bailey Creager 12 for Wauseon.

Kaitlann Hogrefe paced the Tigers with eight points.

HOLGATE - Bronson Knecht scored 15 points and Nathan Stark 10 for Edgerton (4-4).

Ryan Aelker led Holgate with 16.

KANSAS - Josh Kelly led tthe Raiders (7-4) with 16 points. Ruger Guerra added 11 and Dillon Winke 10.

Adam Snider paced St. Joe (5-7) with 10 points.

FREMONT - Jordan Myles led the Wildcats (4-6) with 19 points. Jordan Lauf added 16 points. Fulton Lankenan had14.

Shunnar Gamble paced the Little Giants (2-8) with 16 points.

FOSTORIA - Chris Casey dropped in 22 points for North Baltimore (9-4). Lucas Holman tallied 18 and Eli Hipsher 15 for St. Wendelin (1-11).
