Northview girls claim Northern Lakes crown

Northview beat Springfield 57-29 to clinch the Northern Lakes League girls basketball title with its 13th victory in 14 NLL starts. Olivia Fouty led the Wildcats with 16 points, Mariam Justinger added 10.

Ciara Ruiz led Springfield (13-6, 8-5) with eight points.

SOUTHVIEW 40, ANTHONY WAYNE 36

Southview beat Anthony Wayne with Ariel Gaston scoring 11 points and Olivia O'Reilly 10 for the Cougars (16-3, 11-2).

Emma Ricketts led the Generals with 14 while Hayley Barrett added 10.

BOWLING GREEN 45, PERRYSBURG 33

Bethany Hoehner had 15 points and Hayley Williford added 11 for the Bobcats (8-11, 4-9).

Erin Mesker led Perrysburg (13-6, 8-4) with 10.

LIBERTY-BENTON 71, BLUFFTON 32

FINDLAY — Liberty-Benton took a 40-11 halftime lead on way to its 19th straight victory of the season.

Bedford 52, Tecumseh 21

TECUMSEH — The Mules go to 7-10 as Chelsea Carena scored 13 points and Lindsay Dager added 9.

PATRICK HENRY 61, LEIPSIC 49

LEIPSIC — Kelsey Tietje led the Patriots (9-11) with 19 points and Tiffany Ehlers added 15. Leipsic falls to 7-12.

Rossford 42, Maumee 32

The Bulldogs won on the road as Courtney Trenchik scored 14 and Abbey Geraghty 12.

Emily Junga led the Panthers with 10.

MONCLOVA 38, APOSTOLIC 7

Taylor Geoffrion had 12 points and Elizabeth Keiser added 10 for the Thunder.

ARCHBOLD 43, OTTAWA-GLANDORF 30

ARCHBOLD — Archbold trailed 8-5 after the first quarter but outscored Ottawa-Glandorf 24-9 in the middle periods.

Alyssa Schaub led the Blue Streaks (18-2) with 18 points. Ottawa-Glandorf falls to 8-9.

OAK HARBOR 43, EASTWOOD 29

OAK HARBOR — Oak Harbor's Sara Lipstraw knocked down four 3-pointers and matched teammate Kayla Diefenthaler with 14 points.

Ashley Siefert paced Eastwood with nine points.

LIBERTY CENTER — Erica King scored 25 points to lead Pettisville (15-4) Kaitlann Hogrefe scored 13 for Liberty Center (5-15)
