Edon 42, Cardinal Stritch 19

Edon used a balanced rushing attack to top Cardinal Stritch in a Toledo Area Athletic Conference football game at Clay.

Connor Hug led the way for the Bombers (5-3, 3-2), carrying 19 times for 122 yards and a five yard touchdown. Reid Bowling added 84 yards on 10 carries, including a 13- yard touchdown. Trevor Green contributed as well with a six-yard touchdown run on two carries.

Bowling also caught a seven-yard touchdown pass from Kaden Sapp. Sapp threw another touchdown on a 22 yard strike to Brock Thiel. Sapp added a 13 yard touchdown run of his own.

Julius Nunez scored on a 63-yard touchdown run for Cardinal Stritch (1-7, 0-5). Zach Denomy caught an eight yard touchdown pass from Joe Sinay and Sean Donovan threw a six yard touchdown pass to Tanner Langlois.
