Napoleon football goes for outright NLL title

Napoleon can clinch the NLL title outright in only its second year of competing in the league with a win Friday at Bowling Green.

Wideout Jordan Lauf added to his school record of touchdown receptions in a season with another score last Friday.

Lauf caught a 29-yard pass from David Yunker in the Wildcats' 48-7 win over Northview that gave Napoleon at least a share of the Northern Lakes League title.

Lauf has 12 touchdown receptions. Yunker has completed 52 of 94 passes for 888 yards and 15 touchdowns.
