Clay 49, Toledo Christian 33

A strong second half by Clay handed Toledo Christian its first loss of the season Friday night in girls basketball.

The winning Eagles (3-7) scored 34 second-half points after leading 15-14 at the break.

Morgan Connor's 23 points led Clay, while Sam Enck added 10.

Darion Westmeyer had 14 in the loss.

Bedford 50, Airport 30

Rachel Lewandowski scored nine points to help Bedford (7-1) win the championship game of the Airport Christmas Tournament.

Shawna Lanham led Airport (3-4) with 19 points.

Southview 48, Minster 44

ELIDA—The Cougars (8-2) win the Elida Tourney behind Taryn Stanley’s 19 points.

For the Wildcats (6-2), Bridgette Feijer had 15.

Findlay 50, Rossford 27

LIMA — Taylor Stanfield scored 15 points and Christina McQueen added 10 as the Trojans (7-1) won in the Lima Bath Classic.

Courtney Morris (11 points) and Julie Hotz (10) led Rossford, which trailed 26-13 at halftime.

Springfield 41, Bowsher 17

Natalie Yoder scored 15 points to help Springfield (6-6) to a win in the Rebel Holiday Tournament.

Isis Dixson scored five points to lead Bowsher (2-7).

Bellbrook 51, Central Catholic 47

CINCINNATI — Erin Dorn scored 13 points to lead Bellbrook in the Lakota West Holiday Shootout.

Jen Vliet and Michelle Murnen scored 16 points each for Central Catholic (6-2).

Elmwood 60, Old Fort 33

BLOOMDALE — Tori Hillard and Brittany Gross paced Elmwood with 14 points each in a comfortable win.

Hali Kimmet led Old Fort with eight points.
