Whitmer 61, Start 51

The Panthers won in the Spartans’ gym, connecting on 15 of 20 foul shots while Start made 6 of 15.

Ricardo Smith led Whitmer (10-2) with 16 points, while Luke Hickey and Nigel Hayes each scored 12. John Ashe contributed 10 points.

Dion Livery paced Start (7-5) with 18 points and Scottie Hicks added 17.

Evergreen 60, Edon 49

METAMORA — The Vikings improve to 9-2 behind Cory Mossing’s 22 points and Dylan Henricks added 12 and Logan Pinkelman 10.

For the Bombers Brock Thiel had 21 and Kaden Sapp 12.

Gibsonburg 64,Woodmore 60

ELMORE — Jordan Kreglow scored 13 of his 27 points in the fourth quarter to help Gibsonburg to a hard-fought win.

Tyler Ernsthausen added 11 points for the Golden Bears (5-7).

Donny Bowen scored 22 points for Woodmore (4-7), while Jake Lewandowski chipped in with 15.

Anthony Wayne 66,St. Francis 48

The Generals cruised to a home win behind 22 points from Matt Fox.

Ose Omofoma and Mark Donnal added 11 points each for Anthony Wayne (9-2).

Alex Calms scored 11 points to lead St. Francis (0-11).

Fremont Ross 68,Port Clinton 39

FREMONT — The Little Giants raced out to a 20-4 halftime lead in a rout over the Redskins.

Alex Metcalf had 16 points to lead Fremont Ross (7-3). Tyler Wolf added 13 points and Drew Solander 10.

Brock Moore led Port Clinton (2-9) with 11 points.

Elmwood 52, Van Buren 37

BLOOMDALE — Zach Foster scored 29 points to lead Elmwood.

Foster added four assists and scored 12 points off free throws for Elmwood (7-4), which led 26-23 at halftime before holding Van Buren to three points in the fourth quarter.

Ryan Adolph led Van Buren with 15 points.

Celina 66, Waite 52

CELINA — Brian Hoying poured in 32 points to help Celina to a runaway win.

Mason Ross added 13 and Matt Buschur 11 for Celina (3-8).

Taywyn Mason paced Waite (1-12) with 28 points, in cluding eight 3-pointers.

Oak Harbor 71,Eastwood 67

PEMBERVILLE — Greg Haar scored six of Oak Harbor's 10 points in overtime to lead the Rockets to a tight win.

Haar finished the game with 21 points. A.J. Cecil added 20 points and Andy Rathbun scored 16.

Jake Schmeltz poured in 32 points for Eastwood and Jordan Saykosh added 12 points.

Holgate 45 Liberty Center 39

HOLGATE — Mitchell Gonzalez scored 18 points and Landon Grim 14 for the Tigers (6-7).

Liberty Center (3-8) was paced by Caleb Pohlman with 12.

Cardinal Stritch 70, Sandusky St. Marys 64

SANDUSKY — Austin Adams scored 23 points to lead Cardinal Stritch to an overtime win.

The Cardinals missed a shot at the end of regulation, but outscored St. Marys 11-5 in the extra period.

Robbie Bekier and Joey Cousino added 13 points and JoJo McVicker 11 for the Cardinals.

Melvin Jackson paced St. Marys with 18 points.

Scott 74,Temple Christian 34

LIMA — A 25-3 second quarter run helped the Bulldogs run past the Pioneers.

Jamal Richardson led Scott (4-7) with 21 points while Chris Harris had 12 points and Marcus Gilmer had 10.

Josh Grover led Temple Christian (1-7) with 12 points.
