St. John's 78, Lima Senior 60
LIMA — Marc Loving poured in 42 points to set a single-game scoring record Friday night as the Titans clinched at least a share of the Three Rivers Athletic Conference crown.
Loving broke Shane Komive's record of 41 points set in 1991.
The Titans (18-3, 12-1 TRAC) were tied with the Spartans at 18-all at the end of the first, and held a 34-31 lead at halftime.
However, St. John's extended its lead to nine by the end of the third quarter and raced past Lima Senior 26-17 in the fourth to seal the win.
Devon Allen and Isiah Simpson each had 19 points for Lima Senior (7-14, 4-9).
Findlay 71, Clay 53
The Trojans held a slim 5-point lead at halftime, but outscored the Eagles 38-25 in the second half to roll.
Adam Twining poured in 29 points for Findlay while Austin Gutting had 19 and Joe Davidson scored 13.
Pat Booth led Clay with 22 points. Jack Nagy chipped in 14.
Fremont Ross 40, St. Francis 35
Alex Metcalf scored 14 points to lead Fremont Ross (12-7, 7-6) to a road win.
Alex Calmes, Kevin Metzger and Pat Szenderski each scored eight points for St. Francis (1-18, 1-12).
Blue Devils upset Generals in final seconds
Springfield 40, Anthony Wayne 39
Marquan Hodges scored with seven seconds left to lead the Blue Devils to an upset on the road Friday night.
Anthony Wayne missed a shot at the buzzer and missed an opportunity to clinch an outright Northern Lakes League boys basketball title.
The Generals have a one-game lead over Bowling Green with one game remaining.
Springfield stormed back with an 18-9 advantage in the fourth quarter.
Anthony Jones scored 11 points to lead the Blue Devils (14-6, 8-5 NLL).
Ose Omofoma paced Anthony Wayne (16-4, 10-3) with 10 points.
Northview 52, Napoleon 50
Connor Hartnett hit two free-throws with six seconds left to give host Northview (11-9, 6-7) a victory.
Hartnett finished with 29 points and eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for his career.
Blake Dunbar and Jordan Lauf both scored 12 points to lead Napoleon (6-13, 2-11).
Perrysburg 66, Southview 55
Nick Moschetti scored 21 points as the Yellow Jackets notched a road win.
Shane Edwards had 16 points for Perrysburg (12-7, 8-5), while Nate Patterson had 13.
Matt Morrison led Southview (6-15, 3-10) with 17 points. Nate Hall added 12.
Perrysburg led 33-27 at halftime.
Bowling Green 66, Maumee 62
The Bobcats gained a road win to stay in the league race, one game behind first-place Anthony Wayne.
Vitto Brown led the victory with 27 points. Andrew Herringshaw added 16 for the Bobcats (12-9, 9-4).
Dominique King poured in 20 for the Panthers (13-7, 6-7).
Sean McGovern added 13 and Jason Wanamaker had 10.
Bowling Green got off to a fast start, leading 15-6 after the first quarter and 38-22 at halftime.
But Maumee rallied to cut the deficit to 47-38 after the third.
Toledo Christian locks up title share
Toledo Christian 79, Danbury 32
LAKESIDE — The Eagles wrapped up at least a share of the Toledo Area Athletic Conference boys basketball championship with a lopsided win.
Toledo Christian (18-2, 12-1 TAAC) started quickly and never let up. The Eagles led 26-4 after the first quarter and 45-9 at halftime.
Melvin Thomas led Toledo Christian with 18 points, while Eric Cellier added 17 points and Dominique Pittman had 10.
The Eagles shot 53 percent from the field and outrebounded the Lakers 38-22.
TC can win an outright title with a victory over Northwood.
Dylan Buckley led Danbury (1-18, 0-13) with 10 points.
Maumee Valley 58, Northwood 44
Dave Brown scored 19 points to lead the Hawks to a home win.
Caleb Willhight added 14 for Maumee Valley (11-8, 6-7), which led 22-10 after the first quarter and 32-19 at halfime.
Tyler Williams paced the Rangers (5-15, 3-11) with 14 points.
Gibsonburg 70,Cardinal Stritch 56
GIBSONBURG — Jordan Kreglow poured in 29 points to lead Gibsonburg.
Tyler Ernsthausen added 12 for the Golden Bears (10-11, 7-6) and Andrew Cantrell scored 10.
Joey Cousino scored 23 points to lead Cardinal Stritch (11-9, 8-5), while Austin Adams had 16 and JoJo McVicker 12.
Knights clinch at least share of title
Otsego 41, Elmwood 37
TONTOGANY — Otsego rallied from a halftime deficit Friday night to clinch at least a share of the Northern Buckeye Conference boys basketball championship.
The Knights trailed Elmwood 23-17 at the break, but cut the deficit to 29-28 by the end of the third.
Otsego took command in the fourth quarter, outscoring Elmwood 13-8.
Ryan Smoyer and A.C. Limes each had 11 points for Otsego (18-2, 12-1 NBC).
Austin Hoiles led Elmwood (13-7, 7-6) with 11 points.
Lake 60, Fostoria 32
MILLBURG — The Flyers rolled at home, leading 22-5 after the first quarter.
Jayce Vancena led Lake (19-2, 11-2) with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Jared Rettig added 12 and Connor Bowen had 10.
Adonis Cousin topped the Redmen (2-18, 1-12) with 15 points.
Rossford 74, Eastwood 58
PEMBERVILLE — The Bulldogs were led by Derek Mack’s 22 points.
Mack Miller tallied 17 and Hector Aquirre 15 for Rossford (10-11, 8-5).
Jake Schmeltz scored 16 points for the Eagles (7-13, 7-6. Grant Peters chipped in with 12.
Woodmore 98, Genoa 90
ELMORE — Woodmore's Matt Haar made a layup with 9.3 seconds left in overtime to send the game into double overtime. Brad Flick scored six of Woodmore's 12 points in the second overtime to ensure the win.
Haar finished with 26 points, Jake Lewandowski had 16, Flick 15 and Donny Bowen 14 for the Wildcats (8-12, 6-7).
Genoa outscored Woodmore 22-13 in the fourth quarter to force overtime.
Luke Rightnowar paced the Comets (3-17, 0-13) with 22 points, Casey Gose added 20, Noah Goodrich 16 and Amos Kauder 13.
Fayette claims BBC championship; Port Clinton slips past Edison

FAYETTE — The Eagles clinched the Buckeye Border Conference boys basketball title with a 9-0 mark in conference play on Friday.
Logan Franks led Fayette (16-5) with 13 points.
Brandon Willis paced Hilltop with 11 points.
Port Clinton 55, Edison 52
Port Clinton — The Redskins’ Carter Rumball connected on two foul shots with 11 seconds remaining to seal the win in Sandusky Bay Conference action.
Brock Moore led Port Clinton (4-14) with 15 points while Nathan Stubblefield contributed 12.
Clay Goodwin tossed in 15 points to pace Edison, while Luke Frankboner added 14.
Holgate 35, Fairview 25
HOLGATE — Mitchell Gonzalez poured in 13 points, and Landon Grim scored 12 along with pulling down nine rebounds as Holgate beat Fairview in Green Meadows Conference play.
Daniel Smith chipped in eight points for Fairview and had eight rebounds.
Fremont St. Joe 63, Hopewell-Loudon 47
FREMONT — The Streaks led from the beginning and coasted the rest of the way to advance to 15-5.
Jordan Sessler led St. Joe with 15 points while Connor Dudley added 13 and Zack Yeckley 12.
Alec Gregg paced Hopwell-Loudon (10-10) with 16 points.
Carey 93, North Baltimore 71
NORTH BALTIMORE — Justin Meer had 34 points to lead Carey over North Baltimore. Jacob Wentling had 15 points, Zach Boes had 14, and Bryan Powers 11 for the Blue Devils.
Jacob Frost scored 28 points for the Tigers while Jordan Watson and Jacob Williams each had 12.
Bzovi tallies 26 to lead Indians
Wauseon 57,Evergreen 35
METAMORA — Wauseon jumped out to a 32-17 edge at halftime Friday night and never looked back in a Northwest Ohio Athletic League boys basketball game.
The win moves Wauseon into a first-place tie with Bryan in the NWOAL and sets up a game at Bryan for at least a share of the league title.
Collin Bzovi poured in 26 points, including four 3-pointers and eight free-throws, for the Indians (12-8, 6-1 NWOAL). Noah Castle added 10.
Matt Brighton scored 15 points for Evergreen (15-5, 5-2).
