Notre Dame, Rogers roll; Lake, Swanton prevail

Division I

Notre Dame 72, Bowsher 26 

At Central Catholic, Tierra Floyd led Notre Dame (20-3) with 15 points as the Eagles won in a Division I girls basketball sectional game.

Kaayla McIntyre added 12 points for the Eagles.

Rachel Marter paced Bowsher (4-17) with 10 points.

Rogers 80, Scott 20

At Bowsher, the Rams (20-3) were led by Toriana Easley’s 12 points. Marquelle Williams added 11. Keasja Pease and Akieneh Johnson had 10 each.

Laquelle Jacobs led the Bulldogs (1-16) with 10 points.

Central Catholic 56, Waite 40

At Clay, Sydney Petty led the Irish with 15 points as Central (13-10) jumped out to a 19-8 edge after the first quarter.

Keytha Foreman and Michelle Murnen added 11 points each.

Janae Kenny paced Waite (8-13) with 17 points and Ramiha Henry had 12.

Division II

Napoleon 27, Bryan 26

HICKSVILLE — Sydney Lawson made the second of two free throws with 0.9 seconds left to lift the Wildcates (5-17).

Hannah Schimmoeller scored 13 for Bryan (12-11).

Division III

Lake 49, Northwood 27

PEMBERVILLE — Alyssa Shaffer led Lake (13-10) with 15 points.

Alex Rable scored 11 points to pace Northwood (5-18).

Lakota 43, Gibsonburg 35

PEMBERVILLE — Morgan Gangwer led the Raiders (4-18) with 11 points, while Stephanie Miller added 10.

Marisa Alvarado paced Gibsonburg (9-14) with 14 points and Amanda Shammo had 11.

Swanton 45, Evergreen 38

BOWLING GREEN— Bethann Lumbrezer led Swanton (13-10) with 13 points. Courtney Eitnier and Maicie Wheeler added 11 each.

Kendalyn Noe scored 18 points for Evergreen (11-12). Haili Mossing had 12.

Van Buren 59, Otsego 47

BOWLING GREEN — Kristen Tropf scored 18 points to lead Van Buren (5-17). Nichole Miller had 13.

Jessica Roberts led Otsego (8-15) with 12 points. Lindey Donald chipped in with 10.
