Golden Bears blank Bulldogs to gain at least a share of title

BRYAN — Daniel Pendergrast rushed for two touchdowns and returned a punt for another TD Friday night as Bryan clinched a share of the Northwest Ohio Athletic League championship.
Austin Schimmoeller had a 43-yard TD run, Lane Azzarello scored on a five-yard rush and Jake Jones and Zach Dean rushed in for one-yard TDs.
Brandon Dean returned a blocked field goal for a touchdown and Sam Culler recovered a fumble in the end zone for a TD.
Bryan (9-0, 7-0 NWOAL) outgained Swanton 385 yards to 99. The Bulldogs (2-7, 2-6) only had just six first downs.
Liberty Center 35, Delta 7
LIBERTY CENTER — Anthony Righi rushed 41 times for 226 yards and five touchdowns as Liberty Center cruised.
Righi scored from 1, 10, 14, 12, and 13 yards as the Tigers (6-3, 4-3) rushed for 351 yards.
Ryan Patchin scored on an 11-yard run for Delta (4-5, 2-5) as the Panthers were outgained 408 to 132.
