The trio of Sarah Klepzig (22 points), Taryn Stanley (16), and Emily Westphal (12) helped pace the Cougars as Southview (1-0, 1-0, NLL) built a 28-12 lead at the break.

Springfield's Natalie Yoder led all scorers with a game-high 24 points for the Blue Devils (1-2, 0-1).
