Bowsher boys hold off Rogers

Bowsher 72, Rogers 71

At Bowsher the Rebels (13-2, 5-1) were holding a 72-71 lead with nine seconds left. They missed the front end of a one-and-one, the Rams (7-4, 4-2) rebounded and had about a 10 foot look, but Aundre Kizer blocked the shot to preserve the boys basketball victory Sunday.

Dajuan King led the Rebels with 20, Mark Washington had 17, Nate Allen 16, and Kizer 10.

The Rams were paced by Brandon Austin with 20, Cameron Copland with 14, Alejandro Williams with 12, and Daeshawn Jackson had 10.
