Gibsonburg led by four, 49-45, in the Toledo Area Athletic Conference game when Emmanuel Christian's Olivia Pollock made two free throws to pull the Warriors within two. The Golden Bears then beat the fullcourt press to secure the girls basketball victory on Thursday.
Shylee Schmeltz led Gibsonburg (12-10, 11-3 TAAC) with 16 points, and Allie Teeple scored 12.
Pollock led Emmanuel Christian (7-13, 4-10) with 19 points, and Sydney McCauley scored 10.
Senior guard Hailey Wenzelman scored a game-high 17 points, and junior forward Ashlynn Brown added 12 points and seven rebounds Thursday night, lifting Perrysburg to a 44-28 girls basketball victory against visiting Napoleon, and giving the Yellow Jackets an outright Northern Lakes League championship. The Blue Streaks used a 20-point first quarter to take control against Delta, eventually clinching the NWOAL title and giving coach Brian Ziegler his 300th career win.
All three seniors reached double figures for the Blue Streaks (21-1, 7-0). Morgan Miller scored 16, Kierstyn Repp added 14, and Alyssa Ziegler had 10.
Maddie Mattimore scored a game-high 23 for Delta (11-10, 3-4). Emily Clifton and Abby Freeman scored 11 and 10, respectively.
Jessica Stoll had 13 points for Edison.
WHITMER 58, ST. URSULA 23
Bryce Blood had 21 points as Whitmer coasted to a big win at St. Ursula.
Maddie Brown had 10 points for the Panthers, who improved to 17-5.
Amy King scored 15 to pace the Arrows (5-16).

Abigail Yunker had a game-high 16 points to lead the Generals (17-5, 11-3 NLL) past the Cougars (3-19, 1-13) in a Northern Lakes League game at Southview.
Alix Carter had 13 points for AW.
Lauren Perry led the Cougars with 13 points, while Anika Sweeney and Elisha Quinn had 11 points each.

BOWLING GREEN — Kylie Archibeque had a game-high 17 points for the visiting Wildcats (13-9, 10-4 NLL).
Kendal Glandorff had a team-high 16 points for Bowling Green (10-12, 5-9).
SPRINGFIELD 37, MAUMEE 20
Rachel Bucher and Ally Mossing used their senior night to help the Blue Devils to a victory against Maumee.
Bucher and Mossing each had a game-high eight points for Springfield (14-8, 10-4 NLL), which led for the duration of the second half.
Alissa Schneider scored seven to lead Maumee (5-17, 1-13).

ELMORE — The Wildcats used a 12-2 run in the second quarter to take a 27-18 lead at the half and never looked back.
Lily Rothert had a game-high 15 points for Woodmore (13-8, 10-4 NBC). Wildcats coach Kyle Clair earned his 100th career victory in the home win.
Haleigh Peters had a team-high 13 points for Rossford (4-18, 1-13).

GENOA — Chayce McQueary had a team-high 25 points for the Comets.
Emily Edwards scored 13 for Genoa (10-12, 7-7 NBC).
Lexi Robinson had a game-high 26 points for the Flyers. Bekah Swartz scored all of her 12 points from 3-point range for Lake (16-6, 8-6).

BLOOMDALE — Maddie Schramko had a game-high 24 points for the Royals.
Zoe Shank scored 15 for Elmwood (10-12, 7-7 NBC).
Tyrianna Settles paced Fostoria (7-15, 4-10) with 12 points.

Bre Hampton-Bey had a game-high 16 points to lead ND past Clay in a Three Rivers Athletic Conference game.

LAKESIDE — Erin Uhinck had 25 points to lead the Lakers to the home win.
Haley Hoffman had 19 points, and Sarah Redett scored 17 for Danbury (17-5, 10-4 TAAC).
Shannon Herrmann led all scorers with 30 points for Maumee Valley (6-16, 4-10).
OAK HARBOR 64, EDISON 37
The Rockets outscored Edison 23-9 in the first quarter and protected their lead for the rest of the night.
Logan Harris had 20 points, while Sophie Eli scored 15 and Ashley Riley had 10 for Oak Harbor (19-3, 12-2).
EASTWOOD 37, OTSEGO 36
The Eagles held off a late push from the Knights to escape with the victory. Shannon Weihl had 15 points to lead Otsego, which led by 11 after one quarter.
Hannah Limes paced Otsego with 10 points.
