Lauren Kruse broke Ottawa Hills' all-time career scoring record in leading the Green Bears to a 61-49 victory over Danbury that clinched their fourth straight Toledo Area Athletic Conference basketball championship.
Kruse scored nine of her 23 points in the fourth quarter as Ottawa Hills (12-6, 10-1) pulled away.
Kruse has 1,449 career points, surpassing Lee Ann Woodward's old mark of 1,436, set two years ago.
Sidney Sterling added 12 points and Rachel Garber 11 for Ottawa Hills.
Sarah Beasley scored 18 and Kim Zura and Char Turinski had 10 apiece for visiting Danbury (4-13, 2-10).
