Returning starters: Offense 8, defense 6

Schemes: Multiple option/3-4

Top players: Seniors Zach Niner, 5-5, 160, RB-DL; Sean Westhoven 6-0, 200, RB-LB; Jordan Bly, 6-0, 165, WR-DB; Josh Drain, 5-11, 160, QB-DB; Jimmy Spieth, 6-0, 205, RB-LB. Juniors Nick Demaline, 6-3, 280, OL-DL; Cody Kaiser, 5-5, 135, OL-DL; Scott Judge, 5-9, 165, OL-LB; Anthony Righi, 5-10, 185, RB-DB; Kaleb Pohlman, 6-2, 207, WR-LB.

Outlook: Veteran coach Lingruen is coming off another championship season. It's not surprising the Tigers are expected to be in contention for the title again.

Westhoven and Righi combined for 24 TDs last season. Westhoven gained 955 yards rushing on 156 carries.

Drain completed 32 of 71 passes for 591 yards and five for touchdowns.

"Last year was a lot of fun," Lingruen said. "The reason, we had a great senior class and five of the eight were starters. We're trying to instill that in the senior class for this year."
