Rams shut down Polar Bears

Rogers 53, Woodward 0

Three players ran for at least 50 yards as Rogers defeated Woodward. Keandre Gilmer led the Rams (5-2, 2-0) with 56 yards rushing and scored two touchdowns — a 16-yard run and a one-yard run. Gilmer was one of seven players to score for Rogers, which led 47-0 at halftime. Rogers QB Dominic Jones threw for a touchdown and scored a 1-yard TD run. Rogers held the Polar Bears (0-7, 0-1) to 12 passing yards. Woodward’s losing streak is at 50 games.
