Southview stomps Springfield 42-7

The Cougars’ rushing attack piled up 338 yards in win over the Blue Devils.

Keith Gilmore scored on a 10-yard run and had 108 yards rushing for the game while Austin Valdez scored on a 42-yard run as part of his 106-yard night for Southview (5-4, 4-2 NLL).

Damian Griesinger had two touchdowns for the Cougars (15 and eight yards) while Ahmad Parker (three yards) and Jovan Palin (22 yards) also raced for the end zone.

Clay Fink scored on a 24-yard dash for Springfield (1-8, 1-5).
