Yellow Jackets storm back for 16-13 win over Cougars

A determined Perrysburg Yellow Jackets team, led by junior quarterback Gus Dimmerling and company, rallied for a 16-13 victory over preseason favorite Southview in a classic Northern Lakes League battle. Dimmerling led Perrysburg to 16 unanswered points in the second half.

Central routs St. Francis 41-9

Central Catholic took a quarter to get rolling in Friday night’s Irish-Knight football rivalry with St. Francis de Sales. But once Irish quarterback DeShone Kizer imposed himself on the game, things were over in a hurry for the visiting Knights in a 41-9 Three Rivers Athletic Conference victory at Gallagher Stadium.

Bryan defeats Wauseon in a thriller
