Bobel Builders has created a lovely neighborhood. Deer Hollow is a subdivision of winding streets with superbly landscaped lawns. The home at 810 Deer Ridge Run in Bowling Green is a delightful attached villa with everything you need for comfortable living all on one floor. Should you want more, there s also a full basement.

The exterior is red brick with vinyl accents, with the front door set on an angle. The masonry here is wonderful, with keystones above the doors and windows and quoins at the corners. The poured concrete walk leads to the porch there s just one step into this lovely home.

Step into the welcoming foyer. High ceilings and deep crown molding above and a ceramic tile floor below set off this room beautifully. To the right is an attractive room with a bay window. With a double closet, it would make a very convenient bedroom, but you may choose to make this your office. A full bath with a cherry vanity and Corian countertop is off the foyer near this room.

Nearby is the entrance to the basement, and a convenient guest closet. Another bedroom across the foyer has a single closet.

Just a note: the doorways in this home are extra-wide, making the rooms easily accessed via wheelchair.
