A Home For You At Waterside In Monclova
2/28/2008This week s featured home, at 4913 Lake Breeze Lane in the Waterside community of Monclova, is a wonderful example of what Waterside does, and does so well. Beautifully appointed, the home not only offers every convenience, but it is Energy Star PLUS rated as well.
The exterior is red brick with accents in sturdy white vinyl. A covered porch and front door with sidelights welcome visitors. Inside, nine-foot ceilings in the foyer let you know instantly that this home has elegance to its core.
To the left is the first of two bedrooms. This room would also make a wonderful den or office, and with its cathedral ceiling, what a pleasant space to spend time in. A walk-in closet here offers plenty of storage space.
