So, when he announces a new development of villa homes priced at just $119,900, what can you expect to receive?

The neighborhood, Brooklynn Park, is now under development. Located off Dorr Street just west of Holland-Sylvania Road, it will feature a community center for its residents, landscaped common areas, and two picturesque ponds. It is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, and has easy access to expressways.

The neighborhood has been specifically designed for adults aged 55 and older. The homes are handicapped accessible, with no stairs anywhere in the homes and grab bars in the bathrooms, as well as wide doorways for easy wheelchair access. A low monthly homeowners' association fee covers trash pickup and maintenance of common areas, as well as lawn care and snow removal – you won't ever have to concern yourself with these chores again!

A community center will be built here as well. At more than 2,000 square feet, it will have a full kitchen and plenty of room for socializing and entertainment. Large open spaces, two attractive ponds and wooded areas encourage walking throughout the neighborhood.

Each home interior will be completely customized to the owner's taste. A covered porch welcomes guests. Inside, ceilings rise nine feet and are topped by white crown molding.
