Enjoy a low-maintenance villa lifestyle in this lovely home. Compared to other Sylvania villas, this home is quite the bargain.

Villas have been sprouting up all over Sylvania in recent years. Homebuyers have fallen in love with single-story, low-maintenance living that incorporates today’s open floor plans and amenities.

The Villas at Palisades, off Little Road in Sylvania, are perfect examples of this easy lifestyle. This week’s featured home, the Sierra floor plan, has a lot to offer at a very reasonable price.
