Indians and Angels game postponed

CLEVELAND — The game between the Los Angeles Angels and Cleveland Indians scheduled for Wednesday night was postponed because of rain.

The game never got started. There was no immediate word on a makeup date.

The teams were set to play Thursday afternoon, the last time the Angels were scheduled to be in Cleveland this season.
