Health Care REIT to open California office
5/2/2012Health Care REIT announced plans Tuesday to open an office in Newport Beach, Calif.
The Toledo-based real estate investment trust said the expansion will enhance the company's presence in the West.
The firm also reported completion of acquisition of 42 senior housing and care communities in Canada. It partnered with Ontario-based Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT on the $936.5 million deal.
