Toledo Hospital given award for cardiac care

ProMedica Toledo Hospital has been awarded a Blue Distinction Center designation for cardiac care by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

The insurance company has issued the designations since 2006 to hospitals it believes have met or exceeded the medical industry’s goals for patient safety and health outcomes.
