Cincinnati firm buys 
Maumee aide provider
3/18/2014Maumee-based Nursing Resources Home Health Care has become a subsidiary of Cincinnati-based Home Care by Black Stone; the new subsidiary will operate as Nursing Resources by Black Stone.
Nursing Resources is one of the largest providers of home healthcare aides in the Toledo area.
“Nursing Resources, as a premier provider in northwest Ohio, is an ideal partner for Black Stone," said David Tramontana, CEO of the southwest Ohio company. "The partnership will allow us to provide quality care more efficiently to the northwest Ohio communities for years to come.”
