Free health screenings will be available for two hours Saturday to kick off the second annual African-American Male Wellness Walk.
The checks will be at the African-American Legacy Project, 1326 Collingwood Blvd., at 8 a.m.
A variety of sponsors provided the service through the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department.
Screenings include blood sugar, body mass index, HIV, oral cancer, blood pressure, cholesterol, and 1 and 2-lead EKGs of the heart. Prescription counseling will be provided too.
