Michigan fills out future football schedules

ANN ARBOR -- Michigan continues to fill out its future football schedules.

The Colorado Springs (Colo.) Gazette reported today that Michigan and Air Force have agreed to play future games in football and basketball. Michigan will host Air Force on Sept. 16, 2017 in football, while Air Force's men's basketball team will also play at Michigan, with a future date to be determined. Michigan confirmed the scheduling a release this afternoon, and announced two more future dates.

Michigan will host Central Florida on Sept. 10, 2016, and announced that its 2016 home date with Ball State has been rescheduled, with a date and time to be determined. Michigan will also host Southern Methodist on Sept. 15, 2018.

Michigan and Air Force, a member of the Mountain West Conference, have met twice in football. The Wolverines defeated the Falcons 31-25 last season at Michigan Stadium. This will be Michigan's first meeting with Central Florida, and its first meeting with Southern Methodist since 1963.

Michigan (6-1, 3-1 Big Ten Conference) has a bye this week and resumes its schedule Nov. 2 at Michigan State
