■ Notes: While Ohio State plays to complete a second consecutive undefeated season and hopes to make its case to the BCS in regards to its national championship. Michigan has lost three of its last four games and is struggling offensively. ... Ohio State leads the Big Ten in total offense (5,840 yards) and wields a 1-2 punch in quarterback Braxton Miller and running back Carlos Hyde. Miller has passed for 1,626 yards this season despite missing two games because of a knee injury. Hyde averages 7.7 yards a carry and has rushed for at least 100 yards in the last six games. Hyde has 1,064 yards this season, despite missing three games because of a suspension. ... The Buckeyes lead the league with 36 sacks, which could spell some doom for UM's offensive line and quarterback Devin Gardner, who has been sacked 20 times this month. ... Negative plays have also hurt UM, which has 160 plays this season with zero or negative yardage — the Wolverines lead the FBS in the dubious category. ... Receiver Jeremy Gallon has become a bright spot for the Wolverines, as he eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark two weeks ago and has averaged 104.5 yards a game. ... Michigan coach Brady Hoke said this week he expects linebackers James Ross III and Desmond Morgan to play. Both missed time in last week's loss at Iowa because of undisclosed injuries. Ross leads the Wolverines with 81 tackles.
